Vorobyevy Gory Sport & Entertainment Park Moscow
Masterconcept has been hired to support the master plan and project development of one of the most prominent projects in Moscow - the renovation and re-development of the iconic Vorobyevy Gory (Sparrow Hills).
The prominent location opposite the Lushniki Stadium and just a short walk from the Lomonosov University undergoes a major renovation and repositioning as a Sports- and Leisure Park.
Moscow Istra Lake Sport & Leisure Resort
MC is one of the design teams for the Sport & Leisure Resort at Istra Lake outside of Moscow.
The project, under the umbrella of the Hyatt Group, is located at a wonderful beachfront land plot surrounded by pristine nature. The concept foresees a 300-room hotel, villa and apart resort with a state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor sports centre. Furthermore numerous sports activity & entertainment facilities are planned for hotel guests as well as for external guests residing in the region.
Masterconcept's role was to design all non-hotel related facilities including recommendations to landscape and logistic solutions.
