The Masterconcept monitoring team has spent many weeks in the beautiful North Caucasus region to assess the area and consult on the mountain resort development. The projects are already in a master plan status and realization in 2 resorts (Matlas, Arkhyz) has started already. This is currently the largest mountain touristic project in the world and the resorts will offer unique skiing experiences very soon.

Masterconcept has designed the master plan for the St.Petersburg ski- and leisure mountain park "Okhtapark".

The project includes a ski- & snowboard mountain as well as an Alpine village with shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Also a 120 room 4*Spa- & Conference hotel with weekend chalets is part of the 10ha property.

The realization starts in summer 2012, still operating in parallel the winter resort.
